Sharks sensation Jesse Ramien is currently in a battle to bring his newborn son back to Australia after the little one arrived prematurely in Bali, with expenses now soaring above $130,000.

Reports from news.com.au reveal that Dally M champ Nicho Hynes, along with other kind-hearted souls, has already chipped in to a GoFundMe campaign initiated by Ramien's Cronulla teammate.

The goal? To assist in reuniting Ramien's baby boy, Teo, with his family down under following his unexpected early arrival on the tropical island.

The fundraising initiative was kickstarted by the partner of another Sharks player, aiming to lend a helping hand to Ramien and his fiancee, Shell, who were in Bali to celebrate the nuptials of fellow teammate Brenton Nikora.

Ramien, a seasoned veteran with a whopping 145 games under his belt for the Sharks, did everything by the book - securing medical clearance and appropriate insurance before their journey to Bali.

However, the unforeseen circumstances surrounding baby Teo's premature birth have caused the expenses to skyrocket beyond their means.

In a heartfelt plea, Shauvan Hunt highlighted the challenging situation, explaining how Shell's early labor led to an urgent caesarean section resulting in baby Teo being placed in an incubator at Siloam Hospital.

The mounting costs to bring their little warrior home could exceed a staggering $130,000, prompting an urgent call for donations to support the Ramien family in this difficult time.
