The Dragons have come out victorious in a thrilling clash against the Storm at AAMI Park, with Jaydn Su'A scoring twice to secure an 18-16 win on Saturday night.

Captain Ben Hunt, who played a pivotal role in setting up two tries, described the victory as one of the club's best in recent memory, especially considering they defeated the ladder leaders on their own turf.

Su'A was a standout performer for the Red V, racking up an impressive 162 run metres and breaking six tackles, in addition to crossing the try line twice.

The Dragons had a chance to extend their lead after earning a penalty, but a costly drop in front of the goalposts halted their momentum.

Despite some missed opportunities, the Dragons continued to press forward, with Max Feagai's clever grubber kick earning them a repeat set.

Eventually, their persistence paid off as Su'A capitalized on a well-placed grubber kick from Hunt, who followed up a slick play by Sloan on the left flank.

It was a hard-fought victory for the Dragons, who showed great resilience and determination in the face of a formidable opponent.

Their ability to execute under pressure and capitalize on key moments played a crucial role in securing the win, much to the delight of their fans and supporters.
