LeagueNews.co | Jason Patrick

Titans playmaker Jayden Campbell is set to undergo scans on his hand after a stellar performance against the Warriors that saw him break the Gold Coast's all-time points and goal-scoring records.

The 24-year-old, who had a sensational 26-point haul with a flawless 11 conversions and a dazzling try in his third game at five-eighth this season, will be assessed by medical staff due to swelling in his hand post-match.

Campbell, who is on track to reach his 50th NRL appearance in the Titans' upcoming game against the Sharks in Coffs Harbour after the bye, will be eagerly awaiting the results of the scans.

Stay tuned to titans.com.au for more information as it becomes available.

[Insert sporting analogy or cliché here] "Campbell has been on fire lately, breaking records left and right like a true Rugby League champion.

Let's hope he can make a speedy recovery and get back on the field to continue impressing fans with his skill and determination."
