Jason Saab Faces Suspension for High Tackle

Judiciary: Round 4 vs Roosters

Jason Saab is at risk of suspension due to a high tackle on Roosters player Hugo Savala during the Gotcha4Life Cup match on Thursday night.

This tackle, which occurred in the 72nd minute, led to Saab receiving a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle charge, resulting in him being put on report and sent to the sin bin.

If Saab opts for an early guilty plea, he faces a one-game ban, but a failed challenge at the judiciary could extend this to two games.

Meanwhile, his Manly teammates, Luke Brooks and Ben Trbojevic, have also received charges for Grade 1 Dangerous Contact offences.

Both players can choose to accept a $1000 fine if they plead guilty early.
