Jarome Luai's cutting sledging has sent the Bulldogs scampering back to their kennel, with the Panthers playmaker not holding back on his former teammates.

The Bluebet Stadium showdown between the Panthers and the Bulldogs is set to have a dash of Penrith flavor, with Matt Burton, Jaeman Salmon, Viliame Kikau, Stephen Crichton, and coach Cameron Ciraldo all now wearing the blue and white of Canterbury.

Despite the Bulldogs' rocky 2023 season under Ciraldo's guidance, the Belmore outfit has shown significant improvement this year, already notching up four wins, just shy of their total wins last season.

But Luai is determined to keep them at bay, hinting at another victory for the Panthers on game night.

"The Penrith Bulldogs? Bring it on," Luai quipped, setting the stage for what promises to be an intense clash.

The banter is flying thick and fast ahead of the match, with Luai's playful jabs adding an extra layer of intrigue to the face-off.

It's sure to be a game that'll have fans on the edge of their seats.
