In a massive coup for Wests Tigers, the club has secured the signature of seasoned St George Illawarra Dragons utility, Jack Bird, on a two-year contract.
The 29-year-old Bird brings a wealth of experience to the team, having played an impressive 156 games over nine seasons in the NRL, and even tasting premiership success with the Sharks in 2016.
Bird will don the black and orange jersey and join forces with his new teammates as they hit the training paddock in November for pre-season preparations.
Head Coach Benji Marshall couldn't be happier with the addition of Bird to the squad, ready to inject some grit and determination into the team.
With Bird's versatile skills and winning mentality, Wests Tigers are gearing up for an exciting season ahead on the rugby league battlefield.
