The Sydney Roosters are thrilled to announce that NRLW Club captain Isabelle Kelly has been named the RLPA's NRLW Player of the Month for July, as determined by a vote from her fellow players.
Kelly, who is also the 2024 RLPA Players' Champion, has quickly reaffirmed her elite status in 2025 by leading the Roosters through the initial rounds of the NRLW season. She edged out competitors Rima Butler and Alexis Tauaneai for the honor due to her impressive performance and significant impact on the field.
During July, Kelly played a pivotal role in the Roosters' undefeated season start. Her standout performance came in Round 4 against the Bulldogs, where she scored two tries and amassed 240 running metres, along with multiple line breaks and critical defensive plays contributing to her team's triumph.
Kelly's formidable running ability, tactical creativity, and leadership have been vital to the team's early achievements and reinforce her standing as one of the top players in the sport.
