In a remarkable display of talent and skill, Jamayne Isaako has been crowned the first-ever recipient of the prestigious Arthur Beetson Medal as Player of the Year for the Dolphins.

The news, reported by dolphinsnrl.com.au, has sent shockwaves through the rugby league community.

At a glitzy ceremony held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Isaako was the undeniable standout, receiving the award from Beetson's own grandson, Jack.

This accolade adds to the growing list of honors Isaako has received this season.

Just last week, he made history by becoming only the seventh player in the sport's 116-year history to claim both the NRL's top try scorer and top point-scorer awards in a single season.

The last player to achieve this feat was the legendary Mal Meninga back in 1990.

Isaako's impressive performance throughout the season placed him ahead of other notable contenders such as Ray Stone, Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow, Jeremy Marshall King, and Kodi Nikorima in the official tally.

To cap off an extraordinary night, Isaako also walked away with three other awards, bringing his total to an impressive four.
