'It's a really special moment for me,' said Fuimaono, as she prepares to make her triumphant return to the Titans after recovering from a gnarly ankle injury.

The star five-eighth is itching to get back on the field for the Round 1 showdown against the Dragons on Sunday arvo.

Last season, Fuimaono was forced to sit out of the NRLW action after getting banged up in the first game against the Cowboys.

It was a tough blow for the Sky Blues rep, having to watch her squad battle it out without her in the big dance at the end of the season.

But now, with her sights set on redemption, the playmaker is chomping at the bit to don the Titans jersey once more.

She'll be facing off against her old crew, hoping to come out on top this time around after falling short in the grand final last year.

Teaming up with Lauren Brown in the halves, Fuimaono is eager to forge a strong partnership with her fellow mate.

The two previously went head-to-head in the State of Origin arena, but now they're ready to join forces and wreak havoc on the opposition at WIN Stadium on Sunday.

It's game on, and Fuimaono is ready to show the league what she's made of.
