Hunt credits 'a fair bit of luck' behind rise to 350-game club

As Ben Hunt prepares to play his 350th NRL game against the Knights on Sunday, he reflects on his journey from the rugby fields of Blackwater, where he first started playing. The path he has traveled since then has been marked by numerous milestones.

Despite the changes over the years, some elements remain constant in his life. He continues to be frequently photographed with a football, often with a smile, and this week he proudly donned the same navy, yellow, and red socks from his junior club.

With 16 years of experience in the NRL, Hunt's impressive resume includes 20 games for Queensland and 15 for the Australian Kangaroos. This weekend marks another significant moment in his career as he becomes only the sixth player to achieve the milestone of 350 NRL games.

Hunt acknowledges that this level of accomplishment was something the young version of himself could only dream about.
