In a tense Super League clash on Saturday, St Helens secured a 13-6 victory over Hull FC at the MKM Stadium, marking Hull's continued struggles at home with 12 consecutive games without a win.

This unfortunate streak dates back to July 20 of the previous year.

St Helens' win was credited to Kyle Feldt, who scored two tries, and Jonny Lomax, who contributed five points with his kicking.

The visitors capitalized on Hull's errors to build a 12-0 lead shortly after halftime.

Although Hull's Davy Litten managed to score a try, briefly reigniting hopes for the home side, it wasn't enough to change the outcome.

Hull has recorded all eight of its victories this year away from home, further highlighting their difficulties on familiar turf.

The scoring began when Lomax converted a 25-metre penalty after Matty Lees was impeded before receiving the ball from Morgan Knowles.

The lead was extended about 15 minutes into the match when Curtis Sironen broke through Hull's defense.

Despite attempts by Owen Dagnell and Alex Walmsley to touch down, Feldt found the try-line after spinning past Aiden Sezer on the right flank.

Finally, a drop-goal from Lomax two minutes before the final whistle sealed the win for St Helens, marking their dominance with 20 victories in the last 21 encounters against Hull FC.

This match underscores Hull's ongoing challenges at home and St Helens' rise in the league standings, now positioned fourth.
