Four players from Hull KR have been honored in the Betfred Super League Dream Team for the 2025 season, according to reports from skysports.com.
The 2024 Steve Prescott MBE Man of Steel, Mikey Lewis, retains his spot in the lineup, accompanied by his teammates Peta Hiku at centre, Jez Litten at hooker, and Dean Hadley in the second-row. This marks the first Dream Team selection for all three, celebrating their contributions to the club's inaugural League Leaders' Shield-winning season.
Joining them are five additional debutants in the Dream Team: Lewis Martin and Herman Ese'ese from Hull FC, Jake Connor and James McDonnell of Leeds Rhinos, and Umyla Hanley from Leigh Leopards.
Only two players, Liam Marshall from Wigan Warriors and Lewis, retained their positions from the 2024 Dream Team. The selection process was conducted by a panel of Rugby League legends and experts, who also assign points for the Man of Steel rankings throughout the season.
Wigan's Jai Field makes a return to the Dream Team at full-back for the first time since 2022, while Morgan Knowles, a loose forward for St Helens, earns his fifth selection, having been a consistent presence from 2019-2022.
Lastly, Wakefield Trinity forward Mike McMeeken is recognized for his exceptional leadership of the 2025 Betfred Super League newcomers, marking his return to the Dream Team eight seasons after his original selection, following his move from London Broncos to Castleford Tigers.
