Cowboys.com.au has confirmed that Holmes has been charged by the Match Review Committee [MRC], following a series of incidents during the recent game.
Mitchell's tackle on Coates has resulted in a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle charge, which could see him lose a portion of his match fee if he pleads guilty early.
Similarly, Martin has been slapped with a Dangerous Contact charge after an incident with Maroons captain Cherry-Evans.
And not to be left out, Maroons centre Holmes is also facing a fine for his Careless High Tackle on Haas in the first half.
It seems like tensions were running high on the field, with players pushing the boundaries of the game.
