Heartbroken Channel 9 NRL star Danika Mason has made a $700k post-split move by putting her Maroubra investment apartment on the market.
This isn't the Maroubra abode she once shared with her ex-fiance Todd Liubinskas, but rather the one she purchased seven years ago as a first-homebuyer.
The NRL presenter shelled out $640,000 for the one-bedroom pad on Fitzgerald Ave back in 2014, situated in a block near Coral Sea Park.
Over the years, she has given the top-floor unit a fresh look with updated interiors, boasting 45sq m of internal space along with a small balcony for those sunny days.
Belle Property Randwick agents Shane Vincent and Clive Carter have set a guide price of $710,000 for the property.
In 2021, Mason and her former beau Liubinskas turned the apartment into a rental, fetching $525 a week, as they moved into a townhouse in Maroubra for a hefty $1,525,000 price tag.
Despite this post-split move, Mason remains resilient and ready for whatever the future holds, with a tinge of hope and optimism in the air.
