The Roosters took an early lead with Fa'agase Tupuola-Palale scoring just four minutes in.
Anabelle Ross added to the scoreboard midway through the first half, then scored again before halftime, giving the Roosters a 12-0 lead.
Ross continued her impressive performance, netting a third try early in the second half.
St George's Dayna Stevens scored the team's first try at the 53-minute mark, but the Roosters quickly responded with a score from Eliza Lopamaua, which effectively stifled any Dragons comeback.
In the final moments of the match, Shaye Shipton, who was named the Remara Player of the Match, scored for the Red V.
