Teams to celebrate culture at Harmony 9s

The annual Harmony Nines tournament is set to include a Peruvian heritage team for the first time, contributing to this celebration of culture and Rugby League taking place this weekend (18-19 October) on the Central Coast.

Organized by NSWRL in collaboration with Heritage Rugby League, the event will feature 19 heritage clubs, encompassing 80 teams and over 1300 players across a two-day schedule at the Central Coast Regional Sporting and Recreation Complex.

Participants will engage in more than 120 matches, including categories for Under 16s, Under 18s Boys and Girls, Open Age Men and Women, Emerging Nations Open Men and Open Women, as well as a showcase for Physical Disabilities.

Adding to the excitement for spectators, the Harmony 9s will be live-streamed on NSWRL TV via Bar TV, accessible through a dedicated app available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The heritage teams will be divided into pools, competing in nine-a-side matches with nine-minute halves. The top-ranked teams after the pool rounds will advance to the finals.
