Maroons hooker Harry Grant found inspiration in Queensland's underdog team of 1995 as they aimed to bounce back from a poor opening loss.

Despite being written off before the game, Grant and his teammates displayed resilience and determination.

Reported by nrl.com.au, Grant acknowledged that, like many of his peers, he struggled in the first match but was able to set a positive tone for the Maroons in their latest game.

This was significant as it marked their first victory in five attempts while he started.

Despite experiencing one of his worst performances previously, filled with errors and poor decision-making, Grant managed to push those setbacks aside and contribute to a successful outcome for his team.
