The Brisbane Broncos have announced the contract extension of back rower Jack Gosiewski, ensuring he will remain with the club until the end of the 2026 season.
At 31 years old, Gosiewski has faced a challenging year since joining the Broncos midway through the 2024 season. With nearly 70 NRL appearances prior to his arrival, he played six matches for Brisbane before suffering a fractured arm that sidelined him for the remainder of the season.
After a strong pre-season, Gosiewski returned to the starting lineup in the second row for the first six games of the 2025 season, but injuries once again hampered his progress. Despite facing another fractured arm and a broken collarbone this season, he managed to appear in 14 games, scoring four tries, achieving two line breaks, and contributing one line break assist, while averaging 55 running meters per game.
Gosiewski expressed his attachment to both the city of Brisbane and the Broncos, stating that both have come to feel like home during his time with the club.
