Gold Coast Titan brings the magic to judiciary

Judiciary update: Keenan Palasia

LeagueNews.co | Cooper McEnroe

In a classic clash on the weekend, Gold Coast tough guy Keenan Palasia has found himself in hot water after being charged by the match review committee following the Titans' Magic Round showdown against the Knights.

Placed on report in the 58th minute for a high tackle on Newcastle's Enari Tuala, Palasia has been slapped with a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle charge in what appears to be his first brush with rugby league law.

But in a glimmer of hope for the Titans warrior, opting for the early guilty plea will only result in a $1,000 fine.

However, should he decide to take the fight to the judiciary and be found guilty, he will have to hand over $1,800.

The decision to plea or fight has yet to be made at this point in time.

The rugby league world will be waiting with bated breath to see how this drama unfolds for the Gold Coast enforcer.

Stay tuned for more updates on Palasia's judiciary saga.
