The Cronulla Sharks touched down yesterday in Sydney from their NRL in Vegas tour.
Although just missing out on two opening round competition points, the club is celebrating a highly successful campaign, including a global mega-star as a new fan.
Sharks players Nicho Hynes and Kayal Iro experienced a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with pop sensation Katy Perry on the eve of the NRL season '25 round one clash in Las Vegas.
The meet and greet was made possible through the Sharks' ongoing collaboration with Morning Mash Up Producer Ben Harlum, with Hynes and Iro invited into the studio during an exclusive interview with Perry being conducted by high-profile show hosts Nicole Ryan, Stanley T and Ryan Sampson.
