The Wests Tigers have officially released Lachlan Galvin from his contract, confirming that both parties "mutually agreed to an immediate conclusion of his playing contract." At just 19 years old, Galvin is expected to join Canterbury, with images surfacing of him in Bulldogs training gear at their Belmore training facility.
Tigers' chief executive Shane Richardson expressed, "We wish Lachlan all the best with another NRL club." Galvin reciprocated gratitude, stating, "I am grateful to the Wests Tigers board and management for granting my early release.
