In a recent report from sharks.com.au, it has been revealed that Sharks star Ronaldo Mulitalo is urging his former US team-mates to attend the NRL Combine in Las Vegas, as he believes they have the potential to make it in the Telstra Premiership.

This combine, scheduled for March 2, will follow an NFL-style format and will select 25 male and 25 female athletes to take part in physical tests and skills assessments.

From this group, two men and two women will be chosen to train with an elite team in Australia and showcase their talents to NRL clubs.

Mulitalo, who himself represented the United States at the 2019 World Cup 9s, expressed his confidence in the combine unearthing some truly gifted athletes.

He further emphasized that many of his American teammates possess the necessary skills to succeed in the NRL if given the opportunity.

This initiative not only highlights the growing global reach of Rugby League, but also the potential for American athletes to make a name for themselves in the sport.
