Pelite ruled out of Pacific Championships

Gold Coast Titans star fullback Evania Pelite will not be playing in the Australian Jillaroos side for the Pacific Championships due to a knee injury she sustained in the NRLW grand final against the Newcastle Knights.

Despite being named Titans Members' MVP and having a strong season, Pelite's injury will prevent her from participating in the upcoming tests against the New Zealand Ferns.

Fortunately, it is expected that the injury will not have any long-term impacts on her performance in the 2024 season.

However, five other Titans players will still be representing the Jillaroos in the Championships.

The updated Jillaroos squad, listed in alphabetical order, includes the remaining players who will be competing in the Pacific Championships.
