The next generation of Manly Warringah Sea Eagles players are taking steps to prepare themselves for life after their rugby league careers.
The NRL CareerWise program, as reported by seaeagles.com.au, is aimed at making the players aware of the support, benefits, and positive impact that off-field development can have on their performance on the field.
The program, presented by Manly's Wellbeing and Education Manager Tim Gee, with the assistance of Sea Eagles hooker and Club Education Ambassador, Lachlan Croker, is being delivered to players across the junior representative age groups through 45-minute face-to-face workshops.
This initiative is an important step in ensuring that the young athletes are equipped with the knowledge and skills to navigate life after their rugby league careers.
It is a testament to the club's commitment to the holistic development of their players, both on and off the field.
