From Stay at Home to Fullback, Tom Rises

LeagueNews.co | Cooper McEnroe

Young fullback Tom Chester from the North Queensland Cowboys has made a triumphant return to full training after suffering a devastating ACL injury last season.

Zero Tackle has reported that the 23-year-old has been given the green light to resume normal training activities as of January 15.

Chester, who only managed to make seven NRL appearances thus far, showcased immense potential during his time on the field and his form in the QLD Cup has been equally impressive.

Despite being sidelined for the majority of last season, the talented fullback is determined to make himself available for the upcoming Pre-Season Challenge games in February.

His dedication and perseverance are commendable, as he works hard to cement his place in the squad after what seemed like an eternity on the sidelines.

Young Tom Chester is certainly a rising star in the world of rugby league, and his return to training marks the beginning of an exciting journey ahead.
