Joe Stimson is grateful that he chose rugby league over other sports as he recently had a close encounter with the Brisbane Heat cricket team.
According to titans.com.au, Stimson, a former Temora junior, confidently announced that he is ready to face any formidable NRL front rower, rather than take on the lightning-fast Queensland fast bowlers.
Although Stimson temporarily filled in for Beau Fermor last season, it seems that he will be back in the middle in 2024, providing a solid presence in the prop rotation.
However, he remains open to any position that will secure him a spot in Des Hasler's Round 1 lineup.
Stimson's dedication to rugby league and willingness to adapt his role shows his determination to succeed in the Gold Coast team.
