Nathan Brown, the Elite Pathways coaching director for the Parramatta Eels, will be departing from the club to relocate to the Gold Coast with his family.
Brown, who joined the Eels in 2022, was responsible for leading a review of the club's Elite Pathways program and also served as a coaching advisor for the NRLW team in 2023.
With 172 NRL games under his belt as a player, Brown also boasts an impressive coaching career, having led 475 games in the NRL and English Super League.
Notably, he became the youngest non-playing coach in the NRL at the age of 29.
His departure from the Eels coaching ranks marks the end of an era for the club as they bid farewell to a highly respected and experienced figure in the rugby league community.
The Eels will undoubtedly look to fill the void left by Brown with someone equally capable and dedicated to continue the development of their Elite Pathways program.
