At the age of 20, Staines took a leap of faith in pursuit of her rugby league dream.

She now finds herself settled and content at Wests Tigers, where she proudly represents the club.

Staines' talent was evident from a young age, as she excelled in both junior and senior League Tag competitions.

In 2019, she played a crucial role in leading her Riverina Bulls team to victory in the open age country championship.

This accomplishment did not go unnoticed, as Staines was selected for three prestigious teams that same year.

She had the honor of representing the NSW Under-18s State of Origin side, NSW Country, and the Australian Prime Minister's XIII, all while still a teenager.
