Josh Addo-Carr's involvement in a brawl during the Koori Knockout competition has resulted in his removal from the Australian Kangaroos squad for the Pacific Test series, with Dylan Edwards from Penrith being called up as his replacement.

The NRL integrity unit recently concluded their investigation into the incident, which occurred during a game between Walgett Aboriginal Connection and Addo-Carr's Sydney All Blacks team on the NSW Central Coast.

Video footage appeared to show Addo-Carr participating in the fight.

The length of his suspension is yet to be determined, pending his response to the NRL's breach notice.

As a result, it is unlikely that Addo-Carr will be able to participate in the upcoming Test series, which commences with a match against Samoa in Townsville.

On the other hand, Edwards, the fullback for Penrith, is on the verge of experiencing his long-awaited debut in representative rugby league after being chosen as Addo-Carr's replacement in the squad.
