The lads over at warriors.kiwi have announced that four of their own have been nominated as contenders for the prestigious Players' Champion award.

Mitchell Barnett, Addin Fonua-Blake, Te Maire Martin, and Roger Tuivasa-Sheck will go toe-to-toe with 64 other players from the 16 NRL clubs in the running for the 2024 title.

Last year, the Warriors' own Shaun Johnson narrowly missed out on the Dally M Medal, but he clinched the Players' Champion award with flying colors, proving himself as a top-notch player in the league.

Selected by the RLPA's top players from each club, these 68 contenders are now gearing up for the next stage of the competition.

They will be put to the vote by their fellow NRL players, with the winner set to be crowned on NRL grand final day on October 6.

The four Kiwi lads representing the Warriors are ready to bring their A-game and show the competition what they're made of.

As the countdown to the Players' Champion award begins, all eyes are on these players as they strive for greatness on the field and aim to secure their spot in Rugby League history.
