Former Canberra Raiders forward, Loghan Lewis, has secured a contract extension with the Salford Red Devils, keeping him overseas for another season.

Despite not making a first-grade appearance for the Raiders, the 21-year-old has been a standout player in the NSW Cup team and has continued to impress in the Super League.

Having initially signed a two-year deal with Salford Red Devils, with a club option for 2025, Rugby League Live reports that the option has now been activated, confirming Lewis's stay for the upcoming season.

This extension comes on the back of Lewis making a significant impact for the team, earning the Player of the Month accolade in July for his stellar performances.

With Lewis's retention, the club's quota spots for next season are now filled, alongside players like Cade Cust, Tim Lafai, Nene Macdonald, Jayden Nikorima, Sam Stone, and Shane Wright.

Lewis's contract extension is a testament to his hard work and dedication to the sport, solidifying his place in the team for the foreseeable future.
