The news of Luciano Leilua's arrival at the St George Illawarra Dragons has brought about a significant roster change, with Corey Allan being demoted from the Top 30 squad.

Allan, who suffered a leg injury during the pre-season, will unfortunately miss the entire season due to this setback.

Despite the demotion, the Dragons and Allan have come to a mutual agreement to extend his contract, ensuring his presence with the team until the 2025 season.

Shane Flanagan, the head coach of the Dragons, commended Allan's work ethic and positive mindset, which played a pivotal role in the decision to extend his contract.

Although Allan won't have the chance to showcase his skills on the field this year, he remains dedicated to his rehabilitation, aiming to return stronger than ever.

The Dragons' decision to extend Allan's contract showcases their belief in his potential and their desire to support him during this challenging time.
