Farah puts the whistle on Tigers coaching future

Robbie Farah, the long-time stalwart of the Wests Tigers, has reportedly been given the boot by the club come the end of the 2024 NRL season.

A true legend of the game, Farah has worn many hats at the Tigers - from player to captain to assistant coach under the leadership of Benji Marshall.

However, it seems that his time at the club has reached its conclusion, with reports from Zero Tackle and the Sydney Morning Herald confirming that his contract will not be renewed.

After a tumultuous few years working under different coaches, Farah's tenure as an assistant coach will come to an end in 2024.

The decision was apparently made after a meeting between Farah and head coach Marshall, where Farah was given the news that he would not be a part of the coaching staff next season.

Marshall, looking to shake things up and bring in more experience to key positions, made the tough call to move on from Farah.

As they say in the world of Rugby League, it seems that Farah's time with the Tigers has come to an end.

But with his passion for the game and his wealth of experience, it's likely that he'll find a new role in the rugby league world before long.
