Fa'alogo Cleared for Return After Head Clash

The Melbourne Storm has released an injury update concerning star fullback Sua Fa'alogo after he suffered a significant head collision in their recent match against the Wests Tigers.

During a tackle, Fa'alogo collided heads with teammate Jahrome Hughes, resulting in him leaving the field early in the first half.

Fortunately, scans have confirmed that there are no fractures in the facial region, indicating he has not sustained any serious injury.

As the injury is limited to soft tissue, he is expected to be cleared and available for selection this weekend.

This is a major boost for the Storm, who seemed to return to form after ending a seven-game losing streak against the Tigers.

The NRL will also be pleased with Fa'alogo's impending availability, as the dynamic fullback undoubtedly attracts fans to witness his performance during Magic Round this weekend.

Known for his exceptional speed, he poses a significant threat to opponent defenses, capable of slicing through with ease.

In the Storm's commanding 44-16 win over the Tigers, the team's spine excelled in Fa'alogo's absence, with Cameron Munster, Harry Grant, and Hughes all delivering impressive performances.

As the Storm prepares to clash with the Parramatta Eels on Saturday, they aim to maintain their momentum as they head into the crucial Origin period, which may see them missing some of their key players.
