During a recent reveal, Walters, alongside the re-appointed Jillaroos coach Jess Skinner, expressed his excitement about the impending events.
He mentioned, "I'll be heading home to collect myself and take it all in before I start planning for the historic Ashes tour."
With seven rounds remaining in the season, along with a finals series, Walters emphasized that there remains significant football to be played before solidifying the 22-player touring squad selections.
