The Parramatta Eels have announced that hooker Brendan Hands will be leaving the club to join Toulouse Olympique for the remainder of the 2025 season.
Despite this immediate move, Hands is still under contract with the Eels for the 2026 NRL season, guaranteeing his return next year.
Mark O'Neill, the General Manager of Football for the Eels, expressed appreciation for Hands' contributions during his tenure with the club.
"Brendan has been terrific for us during his time at the Club," O'Neill remarked in a statement.
He emphasized that this opportunity will allow Hands to gain valuable experience and aid his development in a new environment.
This transition is part of Parramatta's broader roster changes happening throughout the 2025 season.
