Eels' Moses down for three months, roster hurt

The Parramatta Eels have given an update on the injury status of five players, including star halfback Mitchell Moses, as they prepare to take on the Raiders in Round 5 this Sunday.

Moses, who suffered a foot injury two weeks ago, has undergone successful surgery for a fracture in his left foot.

The courageous playmaker is expected to make a triumphant return in Round 12 after beginning rehab post-surgery.

Bryce Cartwright, the dynamic second-rower, will be sidelined for three to four weeks due to a rib cartilage injury after being a late withdrawal against the Wests Tigers on Easter Monday.

The team's loss to the Tigers was compounded by two injuries in the NSW Cup clash between the Eels and the Western Suburbs Magpies.

As the Eels look to regroup and rally without Moses and Cartwright, they will need to dig deep and show their resilience on the field, drawing on their team spirit and determination to overcome adversity.

The road ahead may be tough, but the Eels are ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way, showing that they are a force to be reckoned with in the tough and unforgiving world of Rugby League.
