Maroons duo Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and Moeaki Fotuaika are set to play against the Eels after joining the squad in Sydney on Saturday.
Their return is expected to strengthen the forward pack, especially in the absence of David Fifita, who is still recovering from ankle surgery.
However, milestone man Jojo Fifita has received clearance for his fractured hand and will return to play in the centres for his 50th NRL game.
The rest of the team remains unchanged, with Sean Mullany and Brian Kelly joining David Fifita as the players trimmed from the extended squad, as the former duo prepares to compete for the Tweed Seagulls on Saturday.
