The St George Illawarra Dragons NRLW head coach, Jamie Soward, has made some notable changes to his squad ahead of their Round 6 match against the Gold Coast Titans at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium in Kogarah.

According to the official Dragons website, the team list has been updated.

One significant change is the return of Kaarla Cowan, who has been named on the interchange bench.

Cowan's presence on the field could provide a much-needed boost to the Dragons' performance.

Another change is the switch in positions between Angelina Teakaraanga-Katoa and Sarah Riordan.

Teakaraanga-Katoa, who previously played on the interchange, has been named to start in the front row, while Riordan will now take her place on the interchange bench.

This tactical change may help strengthen the Dragons' forward pack.

Meanwhile, Ella Koster has retained her spot in the run-on side after delivering an impressive performance in the team's victory over the Wests Tigers.

Koster's consistency and skill have earned her the trust of the coaching staff.

With these updated changes, the Dragons will be hoping to secure a win against the Gold Coast Titans in Round 6 of the NRLW competition.

The team will look to their new additions and retained players to bring their A-game and contribute to a successful outcome.
