Dolphins Update on Farnworth's Injury Status

The Dolphins have confirmed that Herbie Farnworth will be sidelined for at least four weeks due to his injury.

Farnworth sustained the injury during a match against the New Zealand Warriors in Auckland, where he appeared to struggle after making a line break, indicating a hamstring issue.

He was promptly taken off the field and did not return to the game. Subsequent scans have revealed that he will be out for at least four weeks, with a possibility of missing up to six weeks.

"It is always difficult to pinpoint timings on hamstring injuries because it does depend a lot on how that injury responds to treatment," said Jeremy Hickmans, the club's head of performance, in an official injury update released on Monday.

"But we are hopeful he could be a minimum of four weeks if all goes well, longer if not."
