Dolphins player Connelly Lemuelu finds himself in trouble following a concerning high tackle on Manly's Tom Trbojevic.
During the second half, with Manly ahead 28-0, Trbojevic fielded a kick, and Lemuelu launched himself at the fullback, making contact with his shoulder to Trbojevic's head.
"He more or less ran into Tom and I don't think Tom is too happy about it."
Greg Alexander pointed out that players pursuing the ball must exercise caution when targeting fullbacks, who frequently lower their bodies to minimize impact.
"As defenders you have got to be very careful because fullbacks often catch the ball and dip to try and get to ground as quickly as possible," Alexander explained.
"That is shoulder to the head."
