The Dolphins have doubled down on their commitment to their affiliate clubs by hosting a two-day educational extravaganza for Head Coaches and Strength & Conditioning Coaches from Hostplus Cup teams.
Representatives from the Redcliffe Dolphins, Norths Devils, Central Queensland Capras, and junior representative staff all got in on the action, coming together to share knowledge and insights to fuel their 2025 season preparations.
Led by the Dolphins' top brass, including CEO Terry Reader and assistant coaches Nathan Fien and Rory Kostjasyn, the event aimed to strengthen ties with affiliate clubs and arm them with the tools they need to tackle the upcoming season head-on.
It was a real grassroots effort, with a sense of mateship and camaraderie in the air, as everyone banded together to push towards success on the field.
The Dolphins are showing that they're not just about winning games, but building a community and a legacy that will stand the test of time.
