The Dolphins will host a Grand Final qualifier at Suncorp Stadium next week, needing one victory to reach their first NRL Grand Final.
The club has extended Kulikefu Finefeuiaki for two years, retaining him through 2029 ahead of November 1; outside back Tevita Naufahu has also re-signed.
Finefeuiaki's 2026 breakout includes 23 appearances, three tries, five line breaks, 150 metres per game and 843 tackles.
The second-rower debuted for North Queensland in 2023, joined the Dolphins last season, and made his Queensland debut in 2026.
He played Game 2 against NSW before returning to the Dolphins.
"What I think has been most impressive about Kuli's rise in the squad has been his transformation as a player," Dolphins CEO Terry Reader said.
"We see Kuli as one of the cornerstones of the pack and are excited about what he can do for this club not only in this Finals Series, but over the next few years."
