In an exciting move for the Dolphins, they have welcomed two new assistant coaches to join the coaching team under the leadership of Kristian Woolf as they gear up for the 2025 NRL season.
Rory Kostjaysn and Ben Woolf have been signed on to bolster the coaching staff as the team prepares to kick off pre-season training in November.
Kostjaysn, who brings eight years of experience from his time at the Newcastle Knights in various coaching roles, including development coach, pathways coach, and NSW Cup reserve-grade head coach, expressed his enthusiasm for the new opportunity.
"I see this as my dream role - being an NRL assistant.
I'm not in a rush to become a head coach just yet," Kostjaysn stated.
"I'm all about the footy stuff.
Head coaches have a lot on their plate beyond just the game itself."
With the addition of these new assistant coaches, the Dolphins are looking to strengthen their coaching lineup and make a splash in the upcoming season.
Stay tuned for more updates as the team prepares to hit the ground running and show what they're made of on the field.
