In a thrilling encounter marking the Women in League Round for 2025, the Parramatta Eels hosted the Dolphins at CommBank Stadium.

Despite the Eels showing improvement since the return of key playmaker Mitch Moses in Round 7, they remain at the bottom of the ladder with a 2-7 record.

The match proved to be a challenging one for both teams, as the Eels struggled with missed opportunities.

The Dolphins, having previously won only two of eight away games in 2024 and entering this match at 0-3 outside Queensland for the season, demonstrated resilience.

Trailing 12-6 with just 20 minutes to go, they managed to secure a comeback victory, showcasing their determination and skill.

Looking ahead, the Dolphins will return to Suncorp Stadium in Round 11 to take on the Warriors, while the Eels, needing to regroup, will travel to Newcastle for a matchup against the Knights.
