The Dragons suffered a heavy defeat to the Dolphins, losing 56-6 at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night.

The game's opening phase was disastrous for the Dragons, as the Dolphins seized momentum and scored five unanswered tries.

Adding to the Dragons' woes, winger Christian Tuipulotu was forced to leave the field due to a suspected hamstring injury.

Jamayne Isaako attempted a conversion that struck the right post, leaving the score at 4-2.

Following an error from the Dragons during a subsequent kick, the Dolphins capitalized with another try, this time with Isaako diving into the corner and successfully converting his own score to push the lead to eight points.

Despite a close opportunity for the Dragons, with Lyhkan King-Togia nearly responding after a clever kick from Clint Gutherson off a Raymond Faitala-Mariner offload, the team was unable to capitalize on the chance.
