Dolphins Complete Challenging Professional Readiness Program

Beyond the field: Young Dolphins complete Professional Readiness Program

The Dolphins' emerging stars recently concluded a three-day Professional Readiness Program at Gallipoli Army Barracks.

This initiative aimed to challenge players both mentally and physically as a cohesive unit.

Guided by former elite Australian Army Sniper Greg Robertson and current instructor SGT Paul Hayes, the program featured a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on field activities.

During the first two days, players explored themes of team dynamics, leadership, and performance under stress.

The final day allowed them to apply these lessons in practical settings, including sniper drills.

Hayes, who aids injured soldiers in recovery, led sessions focused on self-awareness, collaboration, and resilience.

This experience provided the young Dolphins with insights that go beyond football, emphasizing discipline, accountability, and team culture.

Wellbeing and Education Manager Luke Williamson remarked on the invaluable nature of the experience for the club's promising talent.
