Thomas Flegler left the Dolphins' 26-16 qualifying-final win over the Warriors in Auckland on Saturday night after showing Category 1 concussion symptoms.
Flegler collided with Mitch Barnett, while Max Plath and Connelly Lemuelu face dangerous-contact charges at the match review committee.
Halfback Isaiya Katoa was also placed on report for a dangerous tackle.
Coach Kristian Woolf praised his players for overcoming a difficult contest, including losing their starting prop within 10 minutes.
"I'm extremely proud. I thought the effort tonight was outstanding," Woolf said.
He noted the Warriors had twice as many six-again calls, led the penalty count, and scored 10 points from penalty goals.
Woolf said the club's progress reflected work across every department, but the players deserved the credit for their bravery and commitment to one another.
Katoa described Woolf as "one of the biggest influences in the way we play the footy" and said the team had maintained its usual preparation despite the finals setting.
Several first-half scuffles saw Selwyn Cobbo sin-binned for 10 minutes, while the Warriors briefly played with 11 men.
Katoa said the Dolphins remembered a 64-12 loss to the Roosters in Round 23, 2025, when they failed to regain control after early aggression.
"My messaging whilst that stuff was happening (tonight) was obviously just making sure that we stayed nice and calm," he said.
He added that controlled aggression, rather than winning a confrontation, would determine the result.
