Dolphins CEO spills the beans on team's stellar performance in 2024
Terry Reader, head honcho of The Dolphins, has lifted the lid on the club's triumphant season and the key factor that sets them apart from last year.
According to reports from zerotackle.com, following a rough start with a disappointing loss to the North Queensland Cowboys (43-18), the team has bounced back with three consecutive wins against the Dragons and Titans, culminating in a victory over the Wests Tigers last weekend.
Reader revealed that the game-changer for the club has been their recruitment strategy during the off-season.
The Dolphins were able to snag Herbie Farnworth (from the Broncos), Thomas Flegler (also from the Broncos), and Jake Averillo (from the Bulldogs), all of whom have made significant contributions to the team's success this season.
"I reckon the biggest game-changer this year is the depth.
Back in '23, we were a bit thin on options, but now we've got plenty of talent to choose from," Reader shared on Breakfast with Pat and Heals.
