NSW leader Laurie Daley is seeking guidance from mental performance guru Gilbert Enoka as he prepares for his first State of Origin decider as a coach.
According to nrl.com.au, Daley has turned to Enoka, who previously helped the Blues end a 19-year championship drought last season.
Enoka, renowned for his work with the All Blacks, was instrumental in preparing the Blues mentally for their first decider victory at Suncorp Stadium since 2005.
While Daley aims to keep the focus on the players as they approach the match, he believes that his collaboration with Enoka will enable the team to deliver their best performance at the sold-out Accor Stadium on Wednesday.
